Houston and Bridge of Weir practice. We are a happy, friendly training practice with four partners and two salaried GPs. The practice is based in two villages in Renfrewshire only about 20 minutes from Glasgow.

All our doctors, our nurses, practice manager and staff take part in the delivery of GP training. The trainers in the practice are Dr Diane Fisher and Dr Gordon Parkhill. Dr Parkhill also supervises the FY2 doctors and Dr Allan Thomson supervises medical students from Glasgow University.

It is a large practice of approximately 10,500 patients which facilitates plenty of medical experience for our trainees in a supported environment.
