Greenock – Roxburgh

The practice is a deep-end practice – one of the 100 most deprived in Scotland. We see lots of pathology and what you will do will really make a difference.

We have 2 drug clinics per week run in conjunction with specialist drug workers which we encourage trainees to sit in on to gain experience of during your time with us. We also have CPNs, physios, Health visitors, pharmacists, a Community Link worker and district nurses who all support our Practice Team and are very used to meeting our trainees and helping them throughout their time with us.

We have 2 GP partners, Dr McCreight and Dr Bossley, who are both Educational Supervisors. Alongside them we have an ANP, Practice nurse, Phlebotomist and Healthcare Support workers. We usually have a mix of FY2, GPST1 and GPST3s so you are rarely the only trainee when here which is a great source of support.

We are 30 minutes from Glasgow by car – straight down the M8.

The Roxburgh Practice looks forward to welcoming you.
